Problem: How does a dog’s heart sound?
Hypothesis: Now I doubt that this was verbalized or even considered, but if asked, they might have said it sounded like their own heart.
Experiment: Now here is the really fun part. First they have to retrieve the reluctant patient who backed through Ty’s legs.
Results: FUN!!! FUN!!! FUN!!!
Conclusion: SCIENCE IS SO MUCH FUN!!!!
Kids can make a homemade stethoscope that works well enough to compare their heart beat with a puppy’s. For instructions, see STETHOSCOPE.
